         You can go to this page to fill out your form to place your order.

How long will it take for you to get back to me on my Order?
         I will usually respond within 24 hours unless it is the weekend, then I may       
          not get back to you until Sunday night or Monday Morning.

How long does it take you to ship?
       I usually ship within 24-72 hours after the payment is received unless it is the    
        weekend or a holiday.

Do you ship Worldwide?
       I will ship worldwide. However, there are some places like Italy, Spain, Mexico  
        parts of Asia and South America that have problems receiving there packages.
       Please take the necessary precautions to make sure your packages arrive
       safely such as having your package registered, insured or sending through        
        EMS. I am not responsible for packages getting lost in the mail unless these
       precautions are taken.     

How Much is Shipping/Handling?
       Shipping is free on most orders over $25.00 in the USA and Canada. It does
       not include single items weighing over a pound such as the Guitars,
       Miniature Shopping Carts, Re-ment Display Furniture, etc. The free shipping
       is through First Class Mail. It does not include Priority Mail.

       Shipping in the USA
usually starts at 2.25 USD for the first item and 0.75 USD
       for each additional item for First Class Mail. For Priority Mail Shipping Starts
       at 5.50 USD. Insurance on Items starts at 2.00 USD. Insurance is optional.

       Shipping Worldwide
usually starts at 2.75 USD for the first item and 1.00 USD
       for each additional item for First Class International. For Priority mail or EMS
       mail it will vary on the weight of your item, please contact me with rates.
       To have your First Class International Package Registered and Insured it
       costs an additional 10.80 USD. Priority and EMS prices will include Insurance.

Does my item include a tracking number?
       If you are in the USA all items have a tracking number. You should recieve an
       automated email with tracking information. If you do not get the number
       please let me know and I can e-mail it to you.

       If you are out of the USA the only way for me to have a tracking number is if
       you register your package (an additional 10.80) or use Priority or EMS as
       your shipping method.   

Does my item include Insurance?
       Your item will not have Insurance unless you purchase it. Insurance in the
       USA starts at 2.00 USD. For Insurance on Internation packages it is an
       additional 10.80 USD.

HELP! What do I do if my package is lost?
       If you are in USA I will look up your tracking information and see if I can find
       it.  If it is lost I will have to file a claim with the post office. This could take
       a few weeks to locate it. Also, please check with your local post office to see
       if they have it behind the counter.

       If you are out of the USA and did not register your package I do not have a
       way to track it. I recommend checking with your local post office to see if
       they have it behind the counter. I can see if my post office can see if it has
       been returned. If it is returned it can take up to a month or two to get back
       to me. There is not much that I can do for a unregistered first class package.
       If you did have it registered I will check the tracking number and see if I can
       locate it. If it is lost I can file a claim with my local post office.

OH NO! What if my Item is Damaged during shipping?
       If your item is insured then I can file an insurance claim to have the
       damages paid for. If you did not purchase insurance it will make it harder
       for me to do anything about it.
       If it damage from the factory then I will contact you privately about a refund
       or replacement.

How often do you restock?
       I restock some items weekly and other monthly. Please contact me about
       specific restocks.

How often do you update the stock on the website?
       I will do my best to do it daily.

The Item I want shows it is out of stock, do you have more available?
       I may have more in stock but just not on the site yet. Especially with the
       Re-ment items. Please feel free to contact me about out of stock items.

I am looking for a certain item, do you take special requests to find it?
       I can take special requests to find certain Re-ment series. This does not
       mean that I will find it though. As for the other items in the shop, I can try
       to find them but usually if they are gone they are gone for good or until I
       am able to restock them.
